The uncovering bench of pneumatic action chains is a portable bench grouping various components intervening in pneumatic action chains.

The design of this bench is achieved so as to allow the implementation of different configurations of action chains.

The operative part of the bench is supported on a ball gripping device and of ball transfer.

Structure :

- Format aluminum structure (L *W*h in mm) 600*500*400 approx and portable
- 4 rubber feet allow to the structure to be placed on a table without risk of damage
- Enclosure of the operative part to avoid jamming during testing

Operative part

It includes a 2-axis manipulator, intended to realize the gripping and transfer of balls.
- Vertical axis of the manipulator comprises of:
• 1 single cylinder ISO effect diameter 16mm mini - 50mm mini stroke
• A monostable 3/2 distributor with manual control
• 2 detectors limit switches ILS with integrated LEDs
